متمم چهاردهم قانون اساسی ایالات متحده (به انگلیسی: Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution) مصوبه جولای ۹ سال ۱۸۶۸ کنگره آمریکا[۱]، از قوانین مهم آمریکا در باب قوانین شهروندی آمریکا است.
